Joe founded Vision Detection Systems and owns the company's technical vision end to end — from the hardware design of VDS's solar-powered mobile surveillance units to the AI VisionStream analytics platform and the systems behind the 24/7 U.S.-based Security Operations Center. Every unit is designed, assembled, and tested by his team at VDS's own plant. After years of deploying security where there's no power, no internet, and no time, Joe builds for one standard: when the call comes in at 2 AM, every layer of the system does its job.
David Weingot
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
David leads company strategy, growth, and customer relationships at VDS, driving go-to-market, partnerships, and national expansion. Under his leadership, VDS has grown into an integrated mobile security infrastructure company with deployments across 30+ states, trusted by local, state, and federal law enforcement as well as enterprise clients in construction, utilities, retail, and beyond. David is a relentless connector, focused on partnerships and collective success.
Craig “CJ” Stachecki
VP Sales
CJ leads VDS's national sales organization, partnering with enterprise and multi-site clients to design security programs that scale. An executive sales leader with a long track record of scaling revenue, opening new lines of business, and building channel and market penetration strategies, CJ specializes in turning strategic vision into tangible milestones with clear success criteria — and in consistently outperforming the goals set for them.
TC Weingot
Channel Partnership Manager
TC runs the VDS channel partner program, helping security guard companies, systems integrators, and dealers deliver mobile surveillance infrastructure to their clients without building and maintaining a fleet themselves. VDS handles manufacturing, deployment, and backend support; partners stay focused on their clients and capture the revenue. TC works with partners nationwide and is a regular presence at industry events like the Police Security Expo and ConExpo.
Mauricio Friedman
Director of Operations
Mauricio runs day-to-day operations at VDS — the manufacturing floor, supply chain, and the deployment logistics that move trailers from the Pikesville plant to customer sites on schedule. He brings executive leadership experience and an MBA from Loyola University Maryland to the operational backbone behind every VDS deployment.
